AVIR Health Group is seeking a qualified Wound Care Nurse to join our family and help build a high-performing team. You will maintain skin integrity, administer physician-prescribed treatments, and ensure meticulous documentation in line with professional standards.

This on-site role welcomes walk-ins and offers competitive pay, health benefits for the family, and a PTO program. CPR-certified nurses with a TX license are encouraged to apply, with prior wound care experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid Texas Nurse License.
• CPR Certification.
• Minimum of one year of wound care experience in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or related healthcare program.
• Education, training, experience, or certification in infection control and prevention.
• Knowledge of long-term care standards per Federal Register, Conditions of Participation and State regulations.

Qualifications for Wound Care Nurse:

• Valid Texas Nurse License.
• Valid CPR Certification.
• Minimum of one year of experience in a wound care capacity in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or other related healthcare program.
• Education, training, experience, or certification in infection control and prevention.
• Must possess knowledge of long-term care operational standards as set forth in the Federal Register, Conditions of Participation and State regulations.
