Job summary

You must have an MD or DO and an unrestricted license (or eligibility) and a DEA license (or eligibility). No prior wound-care experience is required; comprehensive training is provided.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Unrestricted medical license in the practicing state (or eligibility).
• DEA license or eligibility to obtain one.
• No prior wound care experience is required; comprehensive wound care training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Surgical debridement and bedside wound care procedures.
• Evaluate and treat chronic, complex wounds in various facilities.
• Collaborate with facilities to manage post-acute wound healing and protocols.
• Provide oversight and lead wound care initiatives in SNFs across the area.
