Job summary

Skilled Wound Care in Rockville, MD is seeking a Plastic Surgeon to lead wound care initiatives in skilled nursing facilities. Enjoy a no-call lifestyle with Monday–Friday schedules, and choose full-time or part-time options to fit your practice.

Focus on wound healing, debridement, and bedside procedures without the overhead of running a cosmetic practice. Compensation spans $250,000–$500,000 per year for full-time roles, with per-patient and per-procedure pay plus quarterly bonuses.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Unrestricted medical license in the state of practice (or eligibility).
• DEA license (or eligibility to obtain).
• We welcome surgeons from all backgrounds and provide comprehensive wound care training.

Responsibilities

• Perform surgical debridement and bedside wound care.
• Evaluate and treat chronic, non-healing wounds in post-acute settings.
• Utilize advanced dressings and wound care protocols.
• Collaborate with skilled nursing facilities to monitor patient healing.
