Job summary

Skilled Wound Care in Philadelphia, PA is seeking a Plastic Surgeon to join as a wound care physician, offering a no-call, Monday–Friday schedule. Work with independence from cosmetic overhead and enjoy per-patient and per-procedure compensation.

You’ll operate in skilled nursing facilities with training provided for wound care, and no prior wound care experience is required. MD/DO, state license, and DEA registration are required.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited institution.
• Unrestricted medical license in the state of practice (or eligibility to obtain one).
• DEA license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Open Background: welcomes surgeons from all backgrounds; no prior wound care experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Surgical debridement and bedside procedures.
• Evaluation and treatment of chronic, non-healing and complex wounds.
• Advanced dressings and wound protocols.
• Collaborative care in skilled nursing facilities and post-acute settings.
