Job summary

Skilled Wound Care in Manhattan, NY is seeking a Wound Care Physician to provide no-call, Monday–Friday practice with part-time or full-time options. You will perform debridement and bedside procedures, manage chronic wounds, and work across skilled nursing facilities to support healing.

MD or DO required with board eligibility; unrestricted NY license or eligibility; DEA license or eligibility. Training is provided to support wound care competencies.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited institution.
• Board-eligible in respective specialty.
• Unrestricted medical license in the state of practice.
• DEA license or eligibility to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Surgical and sharp debridement and other bedside procedures.
• Evaluation and treatment of chronic, non-healing and complex wounds.
• Advanced dressings and specialized wound protocols.
• Collaborative care in skilled nursing facilities and the post-acute setting, where you follow patients through healing.
