Job summary

Skilled Wound Care in Cincinnati, OH is seeking physicians to lead wound care initiatives in skilled nursing facilities. This no-call, Monday–Friday opportunity offers flexible part-time or full-time schedules, hands-on procedures, and full training.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
• Unrestricted medical license in the state of practice.
• DEA license or eligibility.
• No prior wound care or procedural experience required; comprehensive wound care training provided.

Responsibilities

• Perform surgical and bedside wound care procedures including debridement.
• Evaluate and treat chronic, non-healing wounds.
• Collaborate with skilled nursing facilities and post-acute teams to follow patients through healing.

• Full-Time Average Annual Earnings: $250,000 - $500,000 (no earning cap as an independent contractor)

Wound Care Physician Schedule

We offer consistent weekday schedules with no nights or weekends, in part-time or full-time options:

Part-Time: 2-3 days per week

Full-Time: 4-5 days per week

Wound Care Physician Requirements

• Medical Degree: MD or DO from an accredited institution
• Medical License: Unrestricted/clear medical license in the state of practice (or eligibility to obtain one)
• DEA License: Or eligibility to obtain one
• Open Background: We welcome physicians from all specialties. Completed residency and board certification/eligibility are not required. No previous wound care or procedural experience is required; we provide comprehensive wound care training
