Job summary

St. Luke's University Health Network, the region's largest health system, seeks a per diem Wound Care Physician.

The ideal candidate is board certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Infectious Disease, General Surgery, Vascular Surgery or Plastic Surgery, with HBOP certification required upon hire and CWSP within six months. Join a robust network with 9 outpatient wound care centers, multidisciplinary support, and a Monday–Friday schedule offering teaching, research, and opportunities

• CWSP certification required within first six months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide per diem wound care services across St. Luke's University Health Network.
• Collaborate with wound care providers, advanced practitioners, clinical coordinators, RNs and hyperbaric technicians.
• Participate in teaching, research, quality improvement and strategic development initiatives.

An ideal candidate would be Board Certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Infectious Disease, General Surgery, Vascular Surgery or Plastic Surgery. HBOP Certification is required upon hire. CWSP certification required within the first six months of hire.

About the Department:

• Robust 16 Campus Network spread over a diverse geographic area.
• 9 Outpatient Wound Care Centers throughout Northeast PA and NJ, 5 of which provide hyperbaric oxygen therapy.
• The Wound Care physician will work collaboratively with other wound care providers and advanced practitioners, clinical coordinators, registered nurses and hyperbaric technicians.
• Specialist Support consists of Podiatry, General Surgery, Vascular Surgery, Plastic Surgery and Infectious Disease
