Personic Health is seeking an RN/LPN to join our in-home wound care team serving Anne Arundel County, MD. This full-time, mobile role requires reliable transportation to visit patients at their homes and in assisted living facilities.

You will work under clinical supervision, perform wound assessments, and support the wound care plan with our training program provided and paid for by the company. Travel is a core part of the role, with standard weekday hours.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in wound care and infection control.
• RN or LPN licensure in the relevant state.

• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.

Responsibilities

This is a mobile position, requiring individuals to have their own transportation to travel to patients’ homes and assisted living facilities.
