This is a mobile position, requiring individuals to have their own transportation to travel to patients’ homes and assisted living facilities. I waive any written notice of the release of such records that may be required by state or federal law.## Responsibilities.* Perform assigned tasks under the direction of a licensed clinical staff member of a wound care team* Utilize specialized knowledge, training, and skills acquired through our training program based on clinical research and wound management principles* Work under clinical supervision/delegation of a medical provider or licensed nurse* Perform duties according to prescribing medical provider orders, focusing on patient safety, and adhering to legal guidelines and regulations* Conduct ABI assessments* Facilitate Ultramist Ultrasound Therapy* Carry out wound swabs* This role requires daily and regular travel required to support patient-centric care both in-home and facilities## Qualifications.* Proficiency in wound care* Knowledge of safety and emergency procedures* Basic patient care skills* Understanding of infection control* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills* Ability to care for cognitively impaired clients* Competence in focused assessment* Ability to carry out delegated tasks and report appropriately* Management of wound care materials and supplies* RN/LPN licensure within the state of vacancy* Reliable transportation and the willingness to travel as directed to support the needs of the specified market* Prior experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems* An ability to capture digital consents when required
