Job summary

Touchstone Communities is seeking a Treatment Nurse (LVN or RN) at 1809 N. US HWY 87, Big Spring, TX 79720. You will provide wound and treatment care, monitor skin integrity, and collaborate with physicians and the care team to support healing.

A Texas RN/LVN license (or Compact State equivalent) is required, with wound care experience preferred. You will educate residents and families, document meticulously, and contribute to a faith-based culture that honors our mission to Make Lives Better

Qualifications

• Licensed as RN or LVN in Texas or equivalent compact state.
• Experience in wound care or skilled nursing preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized wound and treatment care with excellence and compassion.
