Touchstone Communities in Big Spring, TX, is seeking a Treatment Nurse (LVN or RN) to provide wound care and compassionate treatment to residents at 1809 N. US HWY 87, Big Spring, TX 79720. This role emphasizes healing, prevention of complications, and patient comfort within a faith-guided team.

The nurse will collaborate with physicians and the care team, document precisely, educate residents and families, and uphold our mission to Make Lives Better every day.

Competenze

• Current and valid Texas RN or LVN license, or Compact State equivalent.
• Strong clinical judgment, critical-thinking ability, and a meticulous eye for detail.
• Experience in wound care or skilled nursing preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
