American Senior Communities is seeking a Wound Care Nurse (RN/LPN) for Riverside Village/East Lake Nursing and Rehabilitation in Indiana. This full-time, Monday–Friday leadership role offers the chance to mentor staff and build meaningful relationships with residents and families.

You will provide skilled wound care, lead the care team, conduct thorough assessments, document changes accurately, and uphold our CARE values to ensure exceptional geriatric nursing and senior care.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Registered Nurse license in Indiana.
• Proficient medication management skills.
• Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions.
• Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
• Demonstrates CARE values to residents, family members, customers and staff.

Responsibilities
