Riverdale Center for Nursing and Healing in Georgia is seeking a dedicated Wound Care Nurse (RN or LPN) to care for residents and promote healing in a compassionate, patient-centered environment.

The nurse will educate residents and families on wound prevention, treatment plans, and hygiene, while following health and safety guidelines and collaborating with physicians and staff to maintain high standards of care.

Responsibilities

• The Wound Care Nurse, RN or LPN, is responsible for meeting the established Standards of Nursing Practice in the management of all assigned patients.
• Assists physicians with the development and implementation of wound treatment plans and participates in performance improvement review activities among other nursing duties.
