Job summary

PACS Group in Edgefield, SC is seeking an experienced RN or LPN Wound Nurse to join our compassionate team at Edgefield Post Acute. You will assess wounds, collaborate with physicians, and guide care plans to improve residents' quality of life.

Qualifications

• Must have wound care experience.
• Valid RN or LPN license in good standing.
• Minimum of 2 years nursing experience.
• Excellent assessment and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess, manage, and treat wounds and skin conditions.
• Perform comprehensive skin assessments and dermatologic evaluations.
• Collaborate with physicians and nursing leadership to plan care.
• Provide clear reports on resident status and wound healing.
• Monitor healing, update care plans, and adjust as needed.
• Educate residents and families on prevention and treatment.
• Maintain accurate documentation and HIPAA compliance.
• Assist with supplies and participate in staff training.
