Job summary

RestorixHealth is seeking a Registered Nurse in a wound care role. The RN will use the nursing process to plan, implement, direct, and evaluate patient care, collaborating with the on-site team to achieve optimal outcomes.

Monday through Friday schedule with no weekends is offered, plus a comprehensive benefits package and ongoing training. Qualified candidates hold an RN license and an associate degree in nursing; a BSN is preferred for Magnet Hospitals.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in nursing; BSN preferred for Magnet Hospitals.
• Valid Registered Nurse license.
• CPR certification from the American Heart Association required.
• Prior experience with wound care patients; will train.

Utilizing the Nursing Process, the RN plans, implements, directs, and evaluates patient care to achieve optimal outcomes. The Wound Care Nurse works collaboratively with all other disciplines on the assigned unit. Additionally, the RN prioritizes nursing actions and will implement physician orders accurately within appropriate time frames. What You’ll Do:

  Qualifications:

  • ValidRegistered Nursing license required

  • Prior experience working with wound care patients (Will train)
  • Prior experience with billing and coding preferred
