Job summary

River Valley Skilled Nursing & Therapy is seeking a Wound Care Nurse in Oklahoma. The role requires an active RN or LPN license and at least two years of long-term care experience. You will assess wounds, design treatment plans, monitor infections, and provide hands-on wound care.

Qualifications

• Current and unencumbered Oklahoma RN or LPN license.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents' wounds and create/timely implement treatment plans.
• Monitor infections and signs of infection; coordinate care.
• Perform wound care procedures and document progress.
• Educate residents and families on care plans and follow-up.
