River Oaks Skilled Nursing & Therapy in Oklahoma is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join a patient-centered team dedicated to high-quality care. You will administer medications, monitor residents, and coordinate with families and physicians to ensure optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current and unencumbered Oklahoma RN license.
• Up-to-date First Aid and CPR certification.
• One or more years of experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care environment preferred.

Responsabilités

• Obtain and administer prescribed medications and treatment following approved nursing techniques. Ensure residents' chart is current.
• Observe residents and record significant conditions and reactions. Notify appropriate parties of changes.
• Take vital signs to detect deviations and assess residents' condition.
• Keep residents' families and physicians informed of changes in resident behavior, medications, or health conditions.
• Modify residents' care plans, directives, ADL and flow sheets with changes in condition.
