Breezy Hills in Lakeland, FL is hiring a Wound Care Nurse RN for a full-time role. The schedule is 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM with pay ranging from $35–$38 per hour. The facility seeks an experienced RN with wound care certification to enhance resident outcomes and lead clinical rounds.

Qualifications

• Active Florida RN license required.
• Wound Care Certification required.
• Infection Control Certification required.
• Minimum 3 years of nursing experience; skilled nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor wounds and track progress.
• Develop and implement wound treatment plans with physicians.
• Lead weekly wound rounds and document outcomes.
• Communicate changes to physicians regarding patient progress.
• Ensure proper wound care and dressing-change techniques.
• Provide wound care education and staff in-service training.
• Complete QA reports and maintain accurate records.
• Support compliance with wound care standards and best practices.
