Compensation: $35-$40 per hour (RN) / $26-$29 (LPN)
You will leverage your knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and wound management to assess, treat, and prevent skin issues, ensuring patient comfort and recovery. Your expertise will support our interdisciplinary team and involve educating families, documenting treatments, and participating in quality assurance and risk prevention programs. Your interventions will focus on positioning, diet, and maintaining compliance to promote healthy skin and healing.
Empathy and compassion are essential as you provide comfort care, especially for patients with degenerative conditions. Your leadership in wound care will be vital to achieving positive patient outcomes.
