Job summary

Titan Placement Group seeks a Wound Care Nurse Practitioner (APRN) in Bronx, NY, for a full-time, autonomous role across skilled nursing facilities. You will assess and manage wounds, perform debridement, and build trusted facility relationships, with a weekday schedule and no traditional call.

You must be a board-certified NP with wound care experience, able to debride independently, and comfortable rounding across facilities in a defined Bronx territory.

Wound Care Nurse Practitioner (APRN)

We’re hiring a full-time Wound Care Nurse Practitioner who wants autonomy, schedule flexibility, strong earning potential, and the opportunity to help build a growing New York territory.

You’ll step into a clinical role focused on wound care across skilled nursing facilities. You’ll independently assess and manage wounds, perform debridement, collaborate with nursing teams, and develop trusted facility relationships.
