Tri-Care-LL is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join wound care teams providing care in skilled nursing facilities and rehab centers. You will participate in weekly bedside wound rounds, change dressings and perform medically necessary debridement, and establish plans of care in alignment with facility protocols.

This role offers flexibility, autonomy, and a comprehensive compensation package with no on-call, night, or weekend coverage.

Job Overview

Nurse Practitioner needed for Wound Care (Nursing Home and Rehab).
