Job summary

Skilled Wound Care is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide wound care across nursing facilities in a mobile, facility-based role.

You will work with a physician-led team to deliver debridement and advanced dressings, guided by your clinical expertise. CME and ongoing training support professional growth while maintaining high patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• MSN or DNP from an accredited program.
• Active and unrestricted NP license in the state of practice.
• National board certification required (FNP, AGNP, or relevant specialty).
• Wound care experience preferred but not required; comprehensive training provided.
• DEA registration or willingness to obtain.
• Must have a valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and be comfortable with significant daily driving between nursing facilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive wound care to patients in nursing facilities, utilizing debridement and advanced dressings.

MEANINGFUL WORK

Provide comprehensive wound care to patients in nursing facilities, utilizing the latest advancements in wound healing - including debridement and advanced dressings. You'll work within a collaborative, physician-led team model that supports your clinical growth and patient outcomes every step of the way.

Excellent Compensation

• Starting base pay of $120,000 - $145,000 annually
• Earn up to $171,000+ with additional services and performance-based bonuses. No earning cap.
• Per-patient visit pay
• Per-procedure pay
• Quarterly bonus program with the potential to earn up to 30% additional income
• Reimbursement for the application of biological skin substitutes

TIME COMMITMENT

• No call
• Work together with your team to build a schedule that works for you
• Custom software system designed to reduce admin and documentation time
• This is a mobile, facility-based role - you will travel between multiple patient locations daily. Must be very comfortable with extensive daily driving, have a reliable personal vehicle, and hold a valid driver's license.
