Skilled Wound Care is seeking a Nurse Practitioner specializing in wound care to deliver high-quality patient treatments collaboratively. You'll manage patient outcomes through your clinical expertise while enjoying a supportive team structure.
This full-time role includes a competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $145,000 annually and opportunities for performance-based bonuses. Flexible scheduling without on-call commitments and comprehensive training will be provided.
As an experienced or new-to-wound-care Nurse Practitioner, you'll manage your patient outcomes based on your clinical expertise and direction. At Skilled Wound Care, you are a valued member of a close-knit team, making a real difference in the lives of patients with chronic wounds.
Provide comprehensive wound care to patients in nursing facilities, utilizing the latest advancements in wound healing – including debridement and advanced dressings. You'll work within a collaborative, physician-led team model that supports your clinical growth and patient outcomes every step of the way.

No call. Work together with your team to build a schedule that works for you. Custom software system designed to reduce admin and documentation time. This is a mobile, facility‑based role – you will travel between multiple patient locations daily. Must be very comfortable with extensive daily driving, have a reliable personal vehicle, and hold a valid driver's license.
