Job summary
The Greens at Pinehurst is seeking a compassionate Wound Care Nurse (LPN or RN) to join our clinical team in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting. You will focus on wound management, skin integrity, prevention, and improving resident outcomes.

Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered North Carolina LPN or RN license.
- Previous wound care experience in long‑term care or skilled nursing.
- Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork.
- Compassionate, dependable, organized and resident-focused.
Responsibilities
- Assess, monitor, and document wounds and skin conditions.
- Perform wound care and treatments per physician orders and care plans.
- Track wound progress and changes in condition.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team.
- Develop and update individualized wound care plans.
- Educate residents, families, and staff on wound prevention and skin integrity.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and support infection prevention.
