The Greens at Pinehurst Rehabilitation & Living Center is seeking a compassionate Wound Care Nurse (LPN or RN) in Pinehurst, NC. You will assess wounds, provide treatments, document care, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support residents’ quality of life.

Qualifications

• Active North Carolina LPN or RN license.
• Wound care experience required.
• Long-term care experience preferred.
• Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
• Basic leadership and supervisory skills.
• Scheduling flexibility as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assess, monitor, and document residents' wounds and skin conditions.
• Provide wound care and treatments per physician orders and care plans.
• Monitor changes and notify the care team.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians and nursing leadership.
• Educate residents, families, and staff on wound prevention and care.
• Update individualized wound care plans as needed.
• Support infection prevention and ensure policy compliance.
• Provide compassionate, resident-centered care.
