Empire Care Centers in Jonesboro is seeking a full-time wound care RN/LPN to assess and plan care for residents with wounds. You will work with the care team to implement customized wound care plans and ensure comprehensive documentation.

The role includes ongoing wound monitoring, patient and caregiver education, and collaboration with physicians and nursing staff. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered for this position.

Formación

• Full-time wound care RN/LPN required.
• Assess and plan care for residents with wounds.
• Document wound assessments and care plans.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct comprehensive wound consultations including detailed assessments and intervention recommendations.
• Perform wound assessments and complete documentation, tracking and care planning activities.
• Monitor all assigned residents with wounds on an ongoing basis.
• Educate residents and caregivers on wound prevention and treatment as needed.

Wound nurse needed for Jonesboro Center Nursing and Rehabilitation $5,000 sign on bonus! full time only!

We are currently seeking a full-time wound care RN/LPN. The wound care nurse participates in assessing and evaluating the clinical needs of resident with wounds, and works with the resident and the rest of the care team in planning and implementing care that addresses the needs. This work is carried out in support of the mission of Jonesboro center for Nursing and healing

Wound Care Nurse Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive wound consultations including; detailed wound assessments and recommendations for interventions and care planning.
• Conduct wound assessments for resident and complete all associated documentation, tracking and care planning activities.
• Ongoing monitoring of all assigned resident with wounds.
• Assess resident/caregivers knowledge of wound prevention and treatment. Provide resident/ caregiver with wound prevention / treatment education as needed.
