Jonesboro Center Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a full-time wound care RN/LPN to assess residents with wounds and collaborate with the care team to implement tailored treatment plans.

The role involves wound assessments, documentation, ongoing monitoring, and educating residents and caregivers on prevention and treatment strategies. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered to new hires.

Qualifications

• Wound care expertise required.
• Current RN/LPN license in good standing.
• Experience assessing and planning care for residents with wounds.

Wound nurse needed for Jonesboro Center Nursing and Rehabilitation $5,000 sign on bonus! full time only!

We are currently seeking a full-time wound care RN/LPN. The wound care nurse participates in assessing and evaluating the clinical needs of resident with wounds, and works with the resident and the rest of the care team in planning and implementing care that addresses the needs. This work is carried out in support of the mission of Jonesboro center for Nursing and healing

Wound Care Nurse Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive wound consultations including; detailed wound assessments and recommendations for interventions and care planning.
• Conduct wound assessments for resident and complete all associated documentation, tracking and care planning activities.
• Ongoing monitoring of all assigned resident with wounds.
• Assess resident/caregivers knowledge of wound prevention and treatment. Provide resident/ caregiver with wound prevention / treatment education as needed.
