RestorixHealth is seeking an LPN for a PRN role to support wound care patients. The LPN will apply nursing principles to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in collaboration with the medical team.

Ongoing training will be provided. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule, with no weekends, and opportunities for mentorship and career growth within a leading wound care organization.

Qualifications

• Valid LPN nursing license required.
• Valid CPR certification from the American Heart Association required.
• Prior experience with wound care patients preferred (Will train).
• Experience with billing and coding preferred.

• Implement physician orders accurately within appropriate time frames.
• Recognize changes in patient condition and intervene appropriately.
• Prioritize nursing actions based on patient needs, acuity, and outcomes.

Licensed Practical Nurse - PRN

Utilizing the Nursing Process, the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) plans, implements, directs, and evaluates patient care to achieve optimal outcomes. The Wound Care Nurse works collaboratively with all other disciplines on the assigned unit. Our LPN jobs provide routine care for the sick or injured while working in conjunction with Registered Nurses. Ongoing training will provide you with the tools to be successful in your role.
