Job summary

Saber Healthcare Group is seeking an RN/LPN to join our nursing team in Wilmington, NC. You will assess residents, develop care plans, administer and evaluate nursing care, and supervise nursing staff to ensure high-quality care.

Must hold an active RN or LPN license in the state, CPR certification, and complete infection prevention training. Excellent English communication and schedule flexibility are required. Full-time shifts Monday–Friday, 8-hour days.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current, unencumbered RN or LPN license in the state of employment.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Completed or will complete infection prevention training (CDC modules or equivalent).
• Ability to communicate in English and follow directions.
• Ability to work required hours as scheduled.

Position Summary

The primary purpose of your job is to assess resident’s needs, develop an individualized care plan, administer nursing care, evaluate nursing care and supervise nursing assistants and other personnel in the delivery of nursing care. Such supervision must be in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern our community, and as may be required by the Director of Nursing Services or designee to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times. Follows all health, sanitary and infection control policies and maintains established standards of practice set forth by the community's administration and Nursing Policies and Procedures.

Education & Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as an RN or LPN within the state in which you work.
• Must possess a current CPR certification.
• Have completed (or complete within first week of hire) specialized training in infection prevention and control (ex. CDC’s infection and control modules or other qualified infection control education). Any additional state-specific training required for the position will be completed at the earliest available opportunity.
• Must be able to communicate in English and have the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to work hours as scheduled based on the requirements of the position/assignment.

Experience

• Minimum two (2) years of RN/LPN experience in a hospital, nursing facility or other related healthcare facility, preferably in long term care.
• Experience teaching or training adult learners and have prior experience/training in Infection Prevention and Control processes preferred.
• Management experience preferred.

• Full-Time Opportunity Available
• Shifts Needed: Monday - Friday, Flexible Day Shift

• Wage: $30.00 - $42.00 per hour
