Compensation ranges from $35 to $45 per hour, all inclusive, with PIB and shift differential. The nurse will provide wound care, assessment, and treatment, support interdisciplinary care planning, maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation, and participate in care team rounds.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, active LPN or RN license in MA.
• BLS CPR certification required.
• Wound care certification strongly preferred but not required.
• Minimum of 2 years of wound care nursing in a long-term care setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident wound care in accordance with standards, orders, and care plans.
• Assess, treat, and monitor wounds with sound clinical judgment.
• Deliver wound care treatments aligned with best practices.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation and coordination with care teams.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support healing and prevention strategies.
