Mont Marie Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a Wound Care Nurse in Holyoke, MA. The role involves providing skilled wound care, assessments, and interdisciplinary support to residents in a sub-acute and long-term care setting.

Full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities are available with daily pay options. Valid MA RN/LPN license and BLS required; wound care certification preferred. Join a patient-centered team focused on compassionate, excellence-driven care.

Qualificações

• Must possess a current, active LPN or RN license in MA.
• Wound Care Certification strongly preferred but not required.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Minimum of 2 years of Wound Care Nurse experience in a nursing home or long-term care setting.

Responsabilidades

• Provide resident care per nursing standards, physician orders, and care plans.
• Assess, treat, and monitor wounds with sound clinical judgment.
• Deliver wound care treatments based on resident needs and best practices.
• Provide compassionate, person-centered care to residents and families.
• Offer clinical guidance to nursing and care team members.
• Maintain accurate documentation of wound assessments, treatments, and outcomes.
• Protect resident confidentiality per HIPAA and policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support healing and prevention.
