Job summary
Autumn Care of Suffolk in Suffolk, VA is seeking an experienced RN or LPN to assess residents, develop individualized care plans, administer nursing care, and supervise aides in a community setting. You must hold a current, unencumbered RN or LPN license in the state, CPR certification, and complete infection prevention training.

Qualifications
- Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as an RN or LPN within the state in which you work.
- Must possess a current CPR certification.
- Have completed (or complete within first week of hire) specialized training in infection prevention and control.
- Must be able to communicate in English and have the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Ability to work hours as scheduled based on the requirements of the position/assignment.
Responsibilities
- Assess resident’s needs and develop an individualized care plan.
- Administer nursing care and supervise nursing assistants and other personnel.
- Ensure delivery of nursing care in accordance with standards and policies.
- Follow health, sanitary and infection control policies.
