Job summary

York Post Acute is seeking a Wound Care Nurse for a full-time, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM shift in Virginia. The role supports residents with wound care, assessment, and documentation in a compassionate, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications include an active LPN/RN license in Virginia and at least 2 years of wound care experience in long-term care, with BLS CPR certification. We offer competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Assess, treat, and monitor wounds with sound clinical judgment.
• Document wound assessments, treatments, and outcomes accurately.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support healing strategies.
• Provide clinical guidance to nursing and care team members.
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and facility policies.
