As a Wound Care Nurse, you are the backbone of the Clinical Department. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at our facility by performing skin treatments for our residents, obtaining treatment orders from physicians, assisting with developing treatment care plans, performing resident assessments, and providing detailed charting and progress notes.

To be eligible for consideration, applicants should have:

1. An unencumbered State of Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
2. C.P.R certification.
3. Two (2) years of RN or LPN experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting.
4. One (1) year of experience as a C.N.A. is preferable.
