NHC Place at the Trace is now hiring for a RN or LPN to join our team FULL TIME as a Wound Care Nurse! The qualified nurse for this position will assess and evaluate patients with wounds, colostomies, and injuries. This nurse will ensure optimum patient care delivery in wound care nursing procedures. The wound care nurse will provide education to prevent pressure ulcers and infections. Coordinating care with other health professionals is another important aspect of this position, which does have some on-call responsibilities.
