Position: Wound Care Nurse - RN or LPN, $5,000 Sign on Bonus

NHC Place at the Trace is now hiring a RN or LPN to join our team full time as a Wound Care Nurse. The qualified nurse will assess and evaluate patients with wounds, colostomies, and injuries, ensuring optimal patient care in wound care procedures. Responsibilities include providing education to prevent pressure ulcers and infections, and coordinating care with other health professionals. Some on-call duties are required.
