Job summary

Integrated Wound Care is seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our focused wound care team on a part-time basis. We provide wound care to skilled nursing, long-term care, and rehabilitation facilities to reduce hospitalizations and improve outcomes.

As an NP at Integrated Wound Care, you will conduct wound assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, educate patients and families, and document care accurately. A state license and 1 year of wound care experience are required.

Qualifications

• Active license in state of employment.
• Minimum of 1 year of wound care experience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Exceptional critical thinking and decision-making skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities.
• Comfortable with technology and electronic medical records.

Responsibilities

• Conduct wound assessments and provide personalized treatment plans for patients.
