Job summary

Integrated Wound Care is seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our part-time wound care team in New Canaan, CT. You will conduct wound assessments, develop treatment plans, educate patients, and document thoroughly in EMR.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of wound care experience, an active NP license in the state, and strong communication, critical thinking, and time management skills. Team-focused yet able to work independently in a fast-paced setting.
