MedStaff Group is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a part-time wound care role covering skilled nursing facilities throughout Vermont. The provider will travel between Rutland, Springfield, St.

Johnsbury, and Bennington, VT, with two consistent days per week and no evening or weekend obligations. Requirements include VT license or ability to obtain one, and a minimum of 2 years of solo/independent practice.

Qualifications

• NP or PA eligible for Vermont license.
• Minimum 2 years of solo/independent practice experience.
• Willing to travel between assigned facilities in VT.

Responsibilities

• Provide wound care at multiple Vermont facilities.
• Collaborate with clinicians and nursing staff to coordinate care.
• Document patient encounters, treatments and procedures in charting systems.
