MedStaff Group is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a part-time wound care role covering skilled nursing facilities throughout Vermont.

The provider will cover facilities in Rutland, Springfield, St. Johnsbury, and Bennington and must be comfortable traveling throughout the assigned territory. This position offers two days per week with strong earning potential and comprehensive wound care training, with no evenings or weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years solo/independent practice experience.
• Vermont license or ability to obtain one.
• Comfortable traveling between all assigned facilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide facility-based wound care across Vermont.
• Travel between Rutland, Springfield, St. Johnsbury and Bennington facilities.
• Maintain high-quality patient care with no evenings or weekends.
• Engage in productivity-based compensation with opportunities for higher earnings.
• Participate in training programs and clinical support provided.

Estimated Earnings: $75,000–$95,000+ annually, based on patient volume and procedures
