• Wound and ostomy certification required.
• Long-Term Care experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork required.
• Proficient with MS Office and healthcare documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage all wound care in the facility, including cleaning and dressing.
• Complete admission paperwork for new residents.
• Provide advice and support to residents and families.
• Monitor residents and administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Document resident care in charting systems and department records.
• Maintain infection-control practices and report monthly metrics.
