Job summary
AlignMed Partners in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a full-time Wound Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide advanced wound care across our centers. The role requires graduates from accredited nursing programs, NP or PA certification, and wound care certification (CWS or WOCN) or pursuing it, with at least two years of wound care experience in adult or geriatric populations.

Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing with RN license and NP certification (Older Adult/Family NP preferred).
- Wound Certification: CWS or WOCN or pursuing with APN wound experience.
- Minimum of two years wound care experience with adult/geriatric population.
- APRNs with unrestricted license and DEA in practicing states.
Responsibilities
- Provide acute and chronic wound care to nursing center residents.
- Collaborate with Center Leadership and Medical Director for patient care.
