Job summary
AlignMed Partners is seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Provider for wound care to float between Albuquerque centers. The role supports nursing center residents with acute and chronic wound care, working closely with the Center Leadership and Medical Director to align with center priorities.
The position can be filled by a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, requires MSN with NP certs, and includes a robust incentive program in addition to base salary.
Qualifications
- Must be a graduate from an accredited School of Nursing with an MSN and NP certification; FNP or Gero tracks preferred.
- PA must be ARC-PA accredited and hold PA licensure and NCCPA certification.
- Wound certification (CWS, WOCN) or actively pursuing wound certification.
Responsibilities
- Provide acute and chronic wound care to nursing center residents in collaboration with other clinicians.
- Collaborate with Center Leadership to achieve the Center's mission and priorities.
- Coordinate care with Medical Director/Attending Physician to ensure high-quality health care and compassionate service.
