Job summary

Lever, Inc. seeks a Wound Care Physician to join National Wound Physician Group. This mobile, bedside wound care position offers no nights, no calls, and no weekend duties, with 7am–4pm hours for full-time, or a reduced schedule for part-time options.

Providers participate in weekly rounds and operate across SNFs and LTACHs. The role emphasizes clinical excellence with access to advanced wound technologies and a fellowship pathway, with compensation ranging from $200,000 to $350,000 annually

Qualifications

• Active unrestricted medical license (MD/DO) in the state you wish to practice.
• Minimum commitment of 3 weekdays per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside wound care in post-acute care settings (Skilled Nursing Facilities and LTACHs).
• Deliver modern wound management and participate in weekly wound rounds.
• Visit facilities within a 40–60 mile radius; manage 20–30 patients per day.
• No nights, no calls, no weekends; 7am–4pm schedule for full-time or part-time options.
