Job summary

Dawson Manor Health & Rehab is seeking a Full-Time LPN for day shift in Dawson, GA. Starting pay ranges from $27.75 to $31 per hour, with evening, night, and weekend differentials and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Licensed practical nurse degree or diploma from an accredited program.
• Current active LPN license in Georgia.
• Excellent patient care and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor skin problems and treat as ordered by physician.
• Administer and record all treatment medications.
• Chart patient progress, ailments and medications.
• Provide reports to Nursing Director and support actions.
• Maintain communications with attending physicians.
• Assist in wound and skin lesion management.
• Admit, discharge and transfer patients.
• Complete Medicare documentation as required.
