Job summary

Samaritan Albany General Hospital in Albany, Oregon, seeks an LPN to join the wound care team. You will deliver safe, high‑quality nursing care under the direction of a Registered Nurse and Clinician, and assist with advanced modalities including negative pressure wound therapy and post‑debridement care.

You’ll maintain accurate patient records in the EMR, support non‑invasive and invasive procedures, and help coordinate care with the wound care team.

Qualifications

• Current unencumbered Oregon LPN licensure required.
• Wound care certification preferred.
• Previous clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high‑quality nursing care under RN/Clinician direction.
• Assist advanced modalities such as negative pressure wound therapy and post‑debridement care.
• Maintain accurate EMR and assist with procedures and coordination of care.
