Job summary

RestorixHealth is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse in Lowell, MA to join our wound care team. The LPN will provide direct patient care, follow the nursing process, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams. Training is available to strengthen wound care skills and clinical judgment.

Qualifications

• Valid LPN nursing license required.
• Valid CPR certification from the American Heart Association required.
• Prior experience working with wound care patients preferred (Will train).
• Experience with billing and coding preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care based on scientific principles/nursing theory and evidence-based practice.
• Implement physician orders accurately within appropriate time frames.
• Recognize change in the patient’s condition and intervene appropriately.
• Prioritize nursing actions including reflecting patient needs, acuity, and desired outcome.
