Job summary

RestorixHealth is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse Floater - Per Diem to support wound care programs. You will provide patient care under the nursing process, with training provided for wound-focused duties, and collaborate with RNs and multidisciplinary teams.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekend shifts, ongoing education, and competitive compensation. This is an on-site role within our patient care facilities, with opportunities to grow and develop within

Qualifications

• Valid LPN nursing license required.
• Valid CPR certification from the American Heart Association required.
• Prior experience working with wound care patients preferred (Will train).
• Experience with billing and coding preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care based on scientific principles/nursing theory and evidence-based practice
• Implement physician orders accurately within appropriate time frames
• Recognize change in the patient's condition and intervene appropriately
• Prioritize nursing actions including reflecting patient needs, acuity, and desired outcome
