Qualifications

• Must have current and valid license as an LPN issued by the State Illinois.
• BLS (AHA) upon hire and maintain current.
• Previous Acute Care hospital experience preferred.
• Previous Wound care knowledge and/or experience preferred (1 Year).
• Wound Care Certification – WCC designation within 1 year

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect patient care within the scope of practice under RN supervision.
