Job summary

Bolingreen Health & Rehab is seeking a dedicated LPN to join our nursing team. You will monitor patient skin conditions, administer treatments, and document patient progress under physician orders.

The role requires GA licensure and strong communication with physicians, patients and family members. We offer competitive pay, shift differentials for evenings/nights/weekends, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and a 401(k) with match.

Qualifications

• Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university or graduate of an approved LPN program.
• Active LPN license to practice in Georgia.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with patients, families and team.

Responsibilities

• Monitor skin problems and treat as ordered by physician.
• Record all treatments and patient progress data.
• Provide reports and documentation to Nursing leadership as needed.
